Are you talking about creations rewards?

If you are let me get this straight...I can bid on anything on ebay not win it and still get credit for a bid submitted? What if I am not the high bidder as soon as I put the bid in?

help explain this to this slightly confused individual!

Thanks

1st make sure all ebay cookies are cleared off computer so creationsrewards will get credit for it. I was wondering how these people were bidding on things without accidentally winning some but I read somewhere that going to 1c DVD's and Xboxes and that type of stuff is a good place to bid cuz the bids go up much higher. havent tried that yet.

I look for high ticket items that are at $.01 with one bid already on it. Diamond jewelry are good places to look. I prefer auctions with a reserve as well. Then I start bidding in the minimum allowed amounts. You would get about 10 bids in and still be under $2. I keep going bidding this way until I hit the most I would pay for that item if I did win the bid. I usually stay under $5. Sometimes I hit the other persons max amount and end up the high bidder, other times I reach my limit before that happens. I have yet to win an auction I was not intentionally bidding on to win. I don't feel this method is unethical as there is still a reserve on the auction and no way is the person running it going to sell their $1200 diamond earrings for $5.

It is VERY important to close each Ebay window and reclick on the link under Daily Banner Zone for EACH and EVERY bid. I write down the item# and then enter that in the Search box to save time. My goal is to place 50 bids a day and I have been able to do this for the last two weeks now. 50 bids a day = 250 points a day! WooHoo!

I am motivated to do this now, as I don't have confidence that this will last for long, until I actually see it work. Don't get me wrong I truly hope it lasts, I just want to make sure I get the points while I can.

This is a heck of a lot easier than playing boring Sklif games for 6 points each!

A few more lil hints:
Instead of writing the number down use your mouse to "copy" the number....then each time you close the window and open a new one with the banner "paste" the auction number into the search box. This will then take you back to the auction you were on. Now the problem is if you're a fast clicker like me the Ebay site hasnt had time to change the minimum bid to the next level so check that or just add the current bid amount which if less than a dollar will be .05, $1-5 .25, and over $5 will be .50.

Now if you look at the page that is the "We're sorry, you've been outbid page" you'll see the Current bid price: $8.00
Your maximum bid: $7.50
Now this does NOT always work but occasionally you'll see that the bid has not gone up the whole $.50 because the other bidder has bid say $7.75 which would then be the high bid.....when this happens you'll know that you've reached the other bidders maximum bid and if you really dont want this item stop bidding.

Now say while you're bidding away on a high priced item that started at $.01 and the kids interrupt or you get booted off the net or whatever or you didnt copy the auction number simply click "MyEbay" (its in blue at the top of Ebays page) and all the auctions you have bid on, are watching, have won will be listed here. Another thing you can do with the "MyEbay" page is add sellers to a list on the "favorites" page which is great for finding people that always start their auctions at $.01.

Now how do you find those high priced items that start at $.01? Well first type in an item in the search box when a list of items comes up click Highest Priced....this shows you how much these items are actually selling for. Next click Lowest Priced......this will usually show you items most recently listed and hopefully some will start at $.01. Personally, I wouldnt bid on items from sellers with a very low Feedback number......their items may not go as high as an established sellers and if you do win the auction you want your money going to a reliable seller.

Like Snow Brite (BTW my name is Jennifer too :p ) I dont think this will last long...its too much like the Shared Greetings deal the reward sites had awile back. So get the points while the getting is good!! This past week my daily bid Points were Fri-125, Sat-200, Sun-None, Mon-275, Tues-440, Wed-500, Thurs-175 those added to the points I already had gave me enough to cash out for another $10 at Paypal. I think though its VERY important to still do the daily clicks, search clicks, and surfin clicks....they cant survive on just one business so its important to help them keep their other sponsors.

Now that I've wrote a book :D I'd better get bidding.

What if you are already outbid with your first bid? Do we still get the 5 points for making the bid??

Yes!!! Thats what makes this such a great deal. You can be outbid and not ever win an auction and still get your 5 points.

WOO HOO! Thanks!
Also, do you have to clear cookies everytime you go back through the link? Or is just closing and reclicking the banner enough?

I have not done anything to my cookies this week and all is fne. I only bid through CR though, not the other ones. A post on My Coupons figured it all out, and I am sorry to not remember who it was that did the math, but you can get to $10 twice as fast with CR and CTTM as with Blink and Primarewards. So...thats where I go!

The copy and paste doesn't work for me for some reason. I have no idea why, if someone does let me know! So I just keep track in my notebook and make marks for each bid I place so I can keep track and watch my points GROOOOOWWWWW!
