First of all, let me start by stating that I am a total neophyte at Ebay.
I had 2 ipads, 1 wi-fi, 1 wi-fi +3g, 1st gen that I listed together and immediately got an offer from some tech company. That order was sent out right away. They offered enough money to cover the cost of a new 64 GB wi-fi + 3g.
OK, so far so good. I bundled a bunch of accesssories together for the 1st gen. ipads and listed them for sale. I immediately received 2 offers for my buy it now price, both from Nigeria. I had specifically stated in the ad that I would only state to the US.
Am I right here in suspecting a scam? I hate to lose the potential profit on the buy it now sale, but don't want to get sc#@$ed either.
I've relisted my auction and so far have no bids, but 10 watchers.
Am I obligated to honor the first Buy it Now sale, even though it was out of my shipping area? Will I get stuck with negative feedback for my very first sale?
