I use EBates however I have noticed that sometimes if I go on at different times in the same day the % will change up or down which can be frustrating. Does anyone know in what timezone they reside? I was wondering if they were on Pacific time?

It could be dynamic. The more people using it will cause the % to decrease while if it isn't as popular it may increase.

Maybe you are correct. I always call and they give me the correct % but I wonder if others are unaware of this.

Before I shop, I always screenshot the cash back amount so that if its lower, I have proof of the date and time- I can have them correct it.

I did this once when it was higher than I should have been too, and they tha used me for my honesty and told me to keep the extra (it was like 10.00)
