On a related note, does Orbitz have a e-mail address to contact to receive the MDE code? There's no way to send them a message on their web site!
I also booked AOA with Orbitz through ebates over the weekend. Ebates was still showing 10% cash back on hotels. I have only a very small cash back pending from that hotel purchase. The total was $626. I only have $5 showing for the cash back for that purchase. I guess I will try the Facebook email to get this figured out.

I haven't seen 10% cash back on hotels before so that would be a pretty good deal. Note though that usually for pre-paid hotels, the percentage back is usually only 1% (I believe - even with the double cash back a week or so ago, it was only 2%). Good luck!
I guess I am the only one left with no activity? Linked to MDE weeks ago, emailed the screenshot to ebates and receipt to the regular and the FB email (over the course of weeks). I wish I never bothered! I have learned my lesson with ebates, I don't care if it's 100% cashback, what a time waste.
No you are not the only one. I have been emailing back and forth since I signed up with Ebates and placed my order on Feb. 24. I am a new member with them who is very unhapppy.

I still do not have my rebates in my account!! If something does not happen soon, I am going to just have Orbitz cancel my order. It was bought under false pretenses. I would never have ordered them if I knew this was going to happen!! I am another very unhappy customer with both of them.
I'm a little annoyed at Ebates, and have been a member for years. Still no rebate. I emailed them at the Facebook address and was told they were working on it. I already had a Where's My Cashback case open with them since it had been 7 days and still nothing. I don't understand why some people got their cashback posted in their accounts so quickly after emailing them and I haven't.
Long story short, don't feel alone if you're still waiting. If I don't hear by Friday they'll be hearing from me again.
