Ebates 20% back for Orbitz tickets

Yay! Me too! I emailed the FB address at 3:32 and at 3:38 they emailed me to let me know that they updated my account. I checked, and it is there. Whew! I will continue to use them, but this has been stressful. ;)
 
I just emailed the facebook email. I am still missing Orbitz entirely under Shopping Trips. My account looks like I have done no shopping there whatsoever, even though I have should have several shopping trips listed.

I'm glad to hear others have gotten their issue resolved!
 
Still waiting for mine. I emailed the facebookhelp@ebates.com and hopefully something may happen.

I am on email 7 already with ebates since I purchased. I supplied all the information including my orbitz confirmation and my charge charge receipt. Been charged already...and still nothing in my ebates account. Hopefully it will work.

I did use Google Chrome to purchase through ebates versus Explorer. Could that be the issue?
 

ebates has a message in their FB page stating to just send out email to their fbemail listed here and they even said they had more staff this morning to take care of this. Anyone still waiting for cashback to show please do email them and hope you all get it soon.
 
Thank you to all who have posted about this. I am thankful to have gotten a good deal on the tickets, which I would have been buying anyway. The Ebates rebate was just icing on the cake.

I got a very speedy response from Ebates when I used the facebook email address. He stated that Orbitz never informed them I bought anything, and that could take up to 45 days. Basically the same response I got when I emailed them after 10 days. I would have continued to wait 45 days, since it was an Orbitz issue. He went ahead and credited my account anyway! I'm impressed with that. Awesome customer service!
 
I also booked AOA with Orbitz through ebates over the weekend. Ebates was still showing 10% cash back on hotels. I have only a very small cash back pending from that hotel purchase. The total was $626. I only have $5 showing for the cash back for that purchase. I guess I will try the Facebook email to get this figured out.

I also booked AOA with Orbitz through ebates over the weekend. Ebates was still showing 10% cash back on hotels. I have only a very small cash back pending from that hotel purchase. I haven't seen 10% cash back on hotels before so that would be a pretty good deal. Note though that usually for pre-paid hotels, the percentage back is usually only 1% (I believe - even with the double cash back a week or so ago, it was only 2%). Good luck!
 
I guess I am the only one left with no activity? Linked to MDE weeks ago, emailed the screenshot to ebates and receipt to the regular and the FB email (over the course of weeks). I wish I never bothered! I have learned my lesson with ebates, I don't care if it's 100% cashback, what a time waste.

I don't think it was ever 10% back on hotels. Here's what it was when the 20% on activities was in effect:

20.0% Cash Back per Activity reservation; 2.0% Cash Back on Activities Package
6.0% Cash Back on Retail Hotel reservation
2.0% Cash Back on Prepaid Hotels, Prepaid Hotel Package, Air Package, Car Package, Activities Package
$50.00 Cash Back per Cruise reservation
$7.20 Cash Back per Car reservation
$3.60 Cash Back per Air ticket"

I heard back from ebates. I apparently just saw the 10% and that was all! I was in a deal making mode! It was 1% on prepaid hotels. Got it figured out. Thanks!!

No you are not the only one. I have been emailing back and forth since I signed up with Ebates and placed my order on Feb. 24. I am a new member with them who is very unhapppy.

Send this. No send this. Wait a while. No send this. Now wait awhile more.

I still do not have my rebates in my account!! If something does not happen soon, I am going to just have Orbitz cancel my order. It was bought under false pretenses. I would never have ordered them if I knew this was going to happen!! I am another very unhappy customer with both of them.

Did you email the ebates facebook address they posted? Seemed that everyone that did had their rebate in their account within hours, me being one of them.

I already had a Where's My Cashback case open with them since it had been 7 days and still nothing. I don't understand why some people got their cashback posted in their accounts so quickly after emailing them and I haven't.

Long story short, don't feel alone if you're still waiting. If I don't hear by Friday they'll be hearing from me again.

Have you tried posting on their FB page? They seem to respond right away to those. I guess they don't like negative stuff written there for everyone to see so they get right on it to fix it. You shouldn't have to jump through these hoops, but if it gets you the money you earned, I'd try it.

Just got my rebate posted to my account. Ordered on the 23rd, no activity on my account one week later, filed a "Where's my cash back" form, and just got an email saying my account has been credited. Very happy to see the $255 sitting there, and the check will be mailed as I am leaving for WDW. So excited :cool1:
 
Hi, I am new here and have a question for the FP+. This is my first time to Disney(going soon) and I registered an account in MDE in Jan. I bought the ticket and linked to my MDE account but I could not book the FP+. Can anyone tell how I can book the FP+ in advance? Thanks.
