Ebates 20% back for Orbitz tickets

Does anyone have the customer service e-mail for Orbitz? I have my voucher and everything but I want to link MDE to the tickets because are going 3/21/3/25 and I would like to book my fp+. I looked on the website and didn't see it. Or should I just try to call them?

I emailed CustomerRelations@orbitz.com on 3/1 and heard back from them the next day.

For those still waiting on your Orbitz rebate from Ebates like me, this was posted on their FB page last night. I sent them an email this morning.

Did you already complete the "Where's My Cash Back?" on the Ebates site? I don't know if I should use that email if I already submitted a claim on the website.
 
Does anyone know if you'll be able to add days to these tickets? I chatted with Disney online and they said I'd have to contact Orbitz. I have an 8 day pass and may add an extra day based on what time I get a flight for, but I don't want to pay full price for a one day ticket of course.

That's what I did too. I literally got a response within three minutes from Ebates, saying that they would look into it and let me know. I get the feeling there are a LOT of people who took advantage of this deal, and either Orbitz or Ebates (or both) weren't prepared for the volume.
 
That's possibly true, and I think they would want to fix it and get people their rebates.

They probably don't want hundreds (or thousands) of people whining about it on their facebook page. Bad for business.

People on here are saying to turn in your voucher to get your 8 day ticket, use it in the park that day, and then add the extra day on if needed. Reports are it might be only around $10 to add another day.

Shouldn't take too long, but I emailed originally and they gave me some runaround about it taking a few days. When I called, they gave it to me instantly over the phone.
 
I did right after I posted here and got email response with couple of hours stating it was approved and I see the cash to be paid on 5/15.

Holy mackerel! Got $356.98 in my account in less than 30 minutes after e-mailing them. Ebates Facebook help is awesome!

On a related note, does Orbitz have a e-mail address to contact to receive the MDE code? There's no way to send them a message on their web site!
 
I am going to give the Facebook email a try. I have already used the regular where's my cash back. They only respond with sort of a stupid question to me like give us a break down. Well that was in the email I sent you to begin with! And why does that even matter???

Hopefully this will work better. We shall see.....

I just forwarded the previous conversation I had with ebates to the facebook address and it worked like a charm. Took all of 30 minutes!
