ok... so we have a whistle stop tour of DLRP arriving late dec 8th leaving late dec10th so we really only have the 9th as a full day... so that will really be the only day we eat out at night...

where do you suggest? money is not a BIG deal... but i don't want to be silly... lol... any suggestions?

and do we need to book like now? or when we get there or what?

thanks,

becks

What food do you like the best?

My suggestion without taste knowledge would be The Blue Lagoon - awesome seafood menu (plus other stuff too) and the best setting and atmosphere of any restaurant ever as you sit in a Caribbean beach setting with Pirates of the Caribbean boats floating by.

I don't really have any suggestions about where to eat - everyone else will come up with some good ideas!! But if once you've decided where you want to eat I think it would be worth making the booking before you go. :)

non character's fine... we're both "adults" and not tooooooo bothered about it....

In that case I would also recommend the Blue Lagoon. Lovely setting and delicious food.

I recommend the Blue Lagoon, too! There are actually a few non-fish options so you don't even have to be a seafood lover to eat there.

The Rainforest Café in Disney Village is really nice as well, with a better menu IMO. Or if you want something cheaper, I would definitely recommend the Cowboy Cookout in Frontierland. It's by far my favourite place to eat in the park. I just love the atmosphere in there and it's good fun if there's a band playing when you go!

Can't fault your choice of Blue Lagoon :) Have a look here for menus to give you an idea what to expect.
As you have little latitude on going on a different night I'd play safe by booking.

If you want a more fancy meal, I recommend the California Grill at the Disneyland Hotel. We loved it there, so we went twice on our last trip. If you decide on a character meal, I'd go for Inventions, also at the DLH. If you want to stay in the park, Auberge de Cendrillon is my favorite, but you certainly cannot go wrong with Blue Lagoon either.

Another recommendation for the Blue Lagoon...we ate here last Friday: gorgeous food, great service and an amazing atmosphere! Ask for a waterside table! (I can highly recommend the colonial chicken curry!)
