Is it possible to park at one of the on-site resorts (like the Poly or Contemporary) for dinner, walk to the Magic Kingdom and then return later for your car? Is there a pass we get after dining on-site so security will know it is ok to stay parked at the hotel lot?

If you are eating at the Poly-- then you can park at the Poly. However, if you're going to eat at MK then you need to park at the TTC.

However, if you want to have dinner at Chef Mickeys (Contemporary) and then want to go to MK-- you still need to move your car after dinner. OR you could park at TTC take the monorail to dinner and then to the parks as well. Parking at the resorts if for a limited amount of time and meant to be only while you are dining.

thanks Kilee, that's exactly the info I needed. I didn't think you would be able to stay parked at the restaurant.
I will just go to dinner via the monorail to the comptemporary and leave my car at the parking lot at MK.
