How are the gluten free options for those of us with Celiac disease at Universal? What about in Harry Potter?

The sit down restaurants indicate on their menu which options can be provided gluten free. You can check menus in the food sticky to see what is anything suitable for you in the Wizarding World restaurants. The restaurants in the Wizarding World are all quick service.

IIRC, they can make gluten-free pancakes, and their mixed veggies (seriously delicious veggies, btw) are gluten-free. Not sure about the other options, but I do remember my gluten-free BFF ordering these two items.
