Eating during Evening EMH

Are restaurants/shops open during evening EMH? If so, anyone know which ones? Do you have to have a wristband to eat/shop? Staying off-site. Thanks

EMH are for guests staying on-site at Disney resorts.
If you are staying off-site you will not get a wristband allowing you to use the various attractions.
As for meal facilities open during EMH, they are very limited.
AT AK, nothing is open other than the snack carts
at MGM: I did not find any counter service open other than across from Beauty & The Beast Theatre. The snack carts were open and H&V, SCI-Fi and Brown Derby were open, but you need PS's.
at Epcot: Electric UMberella was closed at 8pm. World Showcase has all open regular hours only .
At MK: Cosmic Rays was open, Pecos Bill's was open. Snack Carts were open. Casey's was open. but restaurants were closed.

Thanks -- We'll be on site and off site during our stay. Just wondering if in the park on a EMH day and staying off site we could delay our eating until the park closes to us at regular time. Looks like we might! Have fun!
