I am getting ready to go on 2 mini vacations and I am really concerned about healthy choices (I'm on WW flex plan) for eating breakfast out. Can anyone out there tell me what they order when eating breakfast out?? Since I started WW about 3 months ago, I have not eaten a single egg or waffle or pancake or anything like that... I pretty much stick to having a Fiber Bar (2 pts) and a cup of fruit (1 pt). I really like to keep my breakfast points low so I am not out of points by dinnertime!!! I know I can take my bars along and order fruit of course... but I'm just looking for any other ideas! TIA!!

Most places seem to have an low-cal/low-fat option you can order. Think cereal, fruits, oatmeal. I think as long as you order small and just try to avoid all the meats, eggs, etc.. you should be fine. :)

Many places have omelets made with egg beaters. You can also order turkey sausage and bacon. Otherwise, cereal, fruit, wheat toast, low fat muffins, etc. It is pretty easy. The hard part is when everyone else is eating biscuits and gravy, real omelets, bacon, etc. :)

I am at WW goal now so when I go out it is just habit. No butter, no sauces, no bread, etc.

enjoy (just not too much)
