Eating at World Showcase

I have a couple of questions

1.) How late is Bistro De Paris (is that right?) open in December?
2.) Can you eat dinner in a World Showcase resteraunt if you don't have a ticket for the park that night?

I'm really considering going here our first night, but I need information.

I don't know the answer to #1, and I think the answer is no to #2(you need a ticket to enter Epcot at any time, I believe)....

If you call Disney Dining they will tell you what time the latest reservation is for the restaurant. Epcot closes at 9 each night (midnight during EMH). Epcot does stay open later on New Year's Eve.

You MUST have a ticket to enter Epcot in order to eat at any restaurant.

No apology needed ...I just thought you might get more help posting over there, but this isn't a bad forum to be posting it in, either. If you do want to move it, I'd just copy and paste it into a new thread over in the restaurants forum. Though it does look as though you're getting answers right here!
