Eating at Epcot EMH?

We will be at Epcot during the evening extra magic hours. Will all the restaurants/counter service be open during this time? Will they be serving alcohol in the World Showcase?

And related but not a dining question, will the shops be open in the World Showcase?

I am not sure if all dining venues remain open... but I would hope some would. If my memory serves me correctly, certain ones remained open at MK, but I have not done the late hour at Epcot for a long time..

The shops in WS remain open.

I don't know about the food

cant speak for all restaurants but in the UK pavillion the chip shop and the merchandise shopes are open til midnight. The restaurant seats until 10pm instead of 9pm on regular nights.
