Ok i cook a lot,and love emerils recpies, but I am not a seafood eater(my DS Is) and I do not like Fancy Retraunts were they stick one peice of meat and carrot and call it a meal because they made into a peice of art work.:rotfl2:.

I want to try it ,but I am kind of undecided, who has try it and what did you think of it? worth trying from a meat eaters point of view or Is it more about the Name? thanks.

I would consider Emeril's a fine dining restarant without the pretention. You will find plenty of meat on the menu in larger portions. It's one of my favorite restaurants, especially because of the amazing service. Expect to drop about $25-30 per entree for dinner though.

I dont know if that will help you in decission but there is the menu for dinner. Tbh I have never eaten there. I have not found anything on the menu worth the insane price they charge. But everyone has different tastes in food so hopefully that will help your decission.

i found that tchoup tchoup was better for the money...

check out their menus before you decide

My wife and I prefer Emeril's Tchoup Chop, located at RPR, over Emeril's in Citywalk. I was pretty happy with the steak I had there last May.

I've eaten at the Emeril's in Miami Beach and the Tchoup Chop in RPR. I prefer Tchoup Chop but I found the portions are either one to be fine.

Thanks for the menue, looks so good::yes:: I like the remarks about them not have a stuck up personalti, thats probaly my # 1 gripe about higher end places, not that there food Is bad but they feel like you shoulkd just be honered to be there.Hay I am just as happy eating a 1.00 menue at Wendys as long as the food is good and the service is nice and welcoming(really some wendys are like that:rotfl2: ) looks like I wil drop about 120 for two of us,thats steep!! but were on vacation and its wortha one time try.

I agree. You know of all the higher end places in Orlando that I've eaten, the one I got a snooty vibe from was California Grill in the Contemporary. Which is weird because they really shouldn't with their tacky floors. Sorry. :lmao:

you know when you goto the Dis restraunt site(the fourm) you get that from the readers them self who enjoy the California Grill so that might be were they get that typ of Reaction. The gust go In there seemingly expecting that?,from comments on how people should dress to how people comeing in just to eat dessert to watch the fireworks, to how kids should act In a enviroment like that. So maybe the staff gets that vibe and go's with It.And no place should act stuck up with Tacky floors:rotfl2:

Tchoup Chop was delicious. Albeit, I should've gotten the entree my friend got instead of what I got. :rotfl: I'll be going there again this trip, and maybe try the CityWalk Emeril's too.

Keep in mind that the prices shown on that linked menu are from 2007.

:snooty: :snooty: Rude, snobby waiters at the one at Citiwalk. I'm from the school of thought where when you are in a fine dining establishment that the waiters serve you and you should not notice their presence.

They should not be giving etiquette lessons: A few years ago, we were there for lunch. Very few patrons at that time of day, but they seated our family of four at a table that should've only had 2. Then, when we didn't have any room for anything, the waiter proceeded to give us an etiquette lesson on where our drinks and our bread should be placed!:crazy2:

And on top of it, the food really stunk. Overcooked shrimp, tasteless jambalaya. I would never go back to the one on Citiwalk.

Service at Tchoup Chop is impeccably polite and precise.Food is better as well.
Emerils at City walk is good but we preferred the other menu and decor.

I have eaten at almost every Disney TS and most several times, all the nicer USO ones and have never had a rude experience. We have had a coupla "challenged" staff tho.
