We did really well the last 2 weeks and controlled our eating out very nicely. I planned well and prepped the night before or early in the morning for each nights meals. We only scrapped the menu choices and ate out once during the 2 weeks period
So here's the plan for the next couple of weeks:
Sun: Chicken kabobs, corn on the cob
Mon: Pineapple grilled pork chops, noodles
Tues: Hamburgers, tator tots
Weds: Breakfast for dinner - French toast, sausage
Thurs: Meatloaf, baked potatoes
Fri: Homemade pizza
Sat: Stadium brats, pasta salad, fruit
Sun: Stuffed cabbage, fresh bread
Mon: Fajita quesadillas, refried beans
Tues: Ravioli, garlic toast
Weds: Chicken lettuce wraps
Thurs: Sloppy joes, tator tots
So my goal is to stick to the menu plan and eat at home for the duration of our menu and have no eat out days. Fingers crossed that it works!
