Tonight we're having Greek chicken (marinating in lemon and thyme right now) with multigrain bread, veggies and taziki. Yum!

Tonight for hubby was tater tot casserole , not my favorite , as I am trying to get away from using canned soups. The soups that I do keep in the house for quick desperate meals are the heart healthy campbells now. I will just grab sandwich, hubby is happy as can be, child hood reminder.
Not a clue what to do for the rest of the week.
Need to stick my head in freezer .
lunch this afternoon for DS8 and I was baked chicken breast, roasted cauliflower and baked potatoes . LOL we needed veggies and a healthy lunch after yesterdays candy/ dessert fest . DS8 happily ate the veggies , which normally isn't a problem , but he seemed happier than normal to do it and asked for seconds , i think it was a sign.
tonight I made my dh's lunch for the Wei a whole batch of chicken with stir fri veggies with pasta in cooking cream
There was literally about a half cup of potatoes in each pouch. So I got about 5 potatoes and sliced them thin. I threw them into the liquid (water and milk) and let the water come just below the boil. I mixed in the cheese and poured it over the sorry looking dehydrated potatoes and added the ham. I plan on writing Betty Crocker a letter! 
I am about to start a pot of 5 can soup for lunch. Dinner is simmering in the crock pot:
