Today we made gluten free pizza the crust was from scratch using Jules gluten free flour. The pepperoni was from applegate and the sauce was a new one that said gluten free from my local health food store, not memorable.

Saturday, chicken legs and fries and salad.
Sunday, made creamy chicken and pasta.
Today, leftovers of chicken.

Dinner Tonight:

Homemade Pasta Fagiole
Home"baked" Bread (didn't rise in time to bake for dinner last night)

Check out my ticker below....WE'RE GOING BACK!!!

I think your signature is too big, try to delete something.

I think there is a maximum space allotted for your ticker. Try deleting some of the space. Maybe crunch the lines closer together and see if that works. :thumbsup2

Tonight I put porkchops in a casserole dish with lime juice, sea salt and a nice hot sauce from the farmer's market. (All our pork is from a whole hog purchased directly from a farmer who pastures his hogs.) Sadly, I overcooked it a bit which just ruins it, imho. However I always say you have to give yourself permission to fail or even to have big kitchen catastrophes. So I guess I need to take my own advice and just cope. For that matter I guess I did. I ate. ;) I served it with some corn and some roasted sweet potato.

We ended up having open faced meatball subs with sauteed carrots and mixed fruit for dinner.

S - Pork chops, mashed potatoes carrots
M - Meatloaf, rice, broc
T - Lasagna (Assembled two yesterday and put one in the fridge for tonight and one in the freezer for some other time :thumbsup2
W - Leftovers from s/m/t
TH -Pesto pasta (better start using the basil before the season is over)
F - Sausage and squash soup, with homemade rolls
S - BBQ pork sandwhiches

Where do you get hometown coupons?

They came in the mail, they recently changed from Old country buffet to Hometown so they did some mass maillings to the locals for the 6.99 ones and for the buy one get one free I am part of the email club so they sent me that for my Bday (yesterday :) )
