I'm jumping on this bandwagon this week too! We used to eat out at least 1x per week until summer when my income took a temporary hit. Then, we did really well eating in most of the time due to the grill. I came up with a plan to dig us out of debt and was doing pretty good until we got sick this week! I don't feel good so we had takeout 2 nights in a row. Oh, well. Here's to a fresh start.
Mon and Wed I have school, so these days I usually do crock pot or something I can make quickly during nap.
Beginning tomorrow...
Sun-meatloaf, homemade mashed potato, veggie
mon-ribs, baked potato, corn on the cob (DH is off so, he will cook ribs!)
tues- pork chops, green beans, potato wedges
wed-sausage, peppers, onions, baked beans, fries for kids
thurs-tacos, rice, cornbread
fri-homemade mac n cheese, fish, broccoli
sat-chicken, spinach, bbq potatoes
Can you tell we like potatoes?? LOL! Unfortunately, I am really the only veggie eater other than corn.
