I have been going over all the plans he has here and I get to page 7 and I do not understand the numbers under the times.. can someone explain it to me? Im blonde... I've embraced it.

OP, I'm glad that your question was easily answered. I just wanted to comment on your "blondness" and how you have embraced it. BRAVA!! You have no idea how many times I've had to physically restrain myself from asking if certain posters are blonde. This made my day!
