Could I call on a weekend to check to see if I have a pin? or is it a monday-friday thing? Don't want to be on hold forever if it is a weekday thing only?

you can call anytime and ask. Definitly not just a m-f thing. Good luck, I had a FD pin a month ago and saved a ton!!!
