Easy recipe for Easter bread

When I was young, I baked with a favorite aunt. She passed away just a few weeks ago and I began thinking about the recipes we made together. I have looked at a number of recipes for Italian Easter bread but many seem overly sweet and rather complicated. Does anyone have a recipe to share? Thanks
