I am going to a post Christmas party next week and need to bring a dessert to share. I was looking for something quick and easy to bring. I am looking for something more than just the normal brownies & cookies.

Please help!

MMmm, this sound delicious. I could probably do this as mini cheese cakes as well.

Thanks Pumba!

Keep those ideas coming.............

I have a really easy and yummy dessert that I use for get togethers and potlucks all the time.
Take 1 can chunk pineapple (drained) mix with one can cherry pie filling. Top with dry yellow cake mix. Drizzle melted butter over the top. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour.

I use this one..still tastes like cheesecake but it's a bit 'lighter'

graham cracker crust
8 ozs cream cheese (room temp)
1/2 cup sugar
8 ozs cool whip

Whip the cream cheese, sugar, and cool whip together till fluffy..place in crust..top with canned blueberries, cherries, or your choice of fruit
Keep refrigerated

Enjoy!

Tiramisu Pie

1 ready graham cracker pie crust
1 15-ounce fat free ricotta cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 tbsp. brandy (i like blackberry brandy) or 1 tbsp. brandy extract
6 ladyfingers split or bottom of store bought angle food cake
1/2 cup strong black coffee
1 cup whipped topping
1 ounce square semi-sweet chocolate, shaved

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In mixing bowl, beat cheese, sugar and vanilla till fluffy. Add eggs and brandy. Mix till smooth. Place ladyfingers on bottom of pie crust and drizzle with coffee (it will soak them but not be mushy after it's done) Pour cheese mixture over top. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Chill overnight (or at least 3/4 hours). Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate before serving. Yummmy!! :D

These are VERY yummy!

2 cups (500 ml) graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup (75 ml) sugar
1/2 cup (125 ml)butter, melted
1 lb. (500 g)milk chocolate chopped
4 cups mini marshmallows

In a bowl combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Stir well to combine. Measure out 1 cup of mixture and set it aside. Press remaining crumb mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 12 min, or until lightly browned. Don't over bake.
Melt chocolate in a sauce pan set over simmering water, stirring until smooth. Pour it over the crust, spreading it evenly to the edges. Sprinkle with the marshmallows, pressing them lightly into the chocolate, then sprinkle with left over crumbs, also patting down lightly.
Place baking dish under a preheated broiler 5 cm from the heat, for 30 seconds, or until marshmallows are lightly brown. Let cool completely. then cut into squares.

Choc. Mouse Pie

1 package sugar free, fat free chocolate pudding mix
1 small tub cool whip light
1 graham cracker crust (your preference - choc. or regular)

Mix 1.5 cups milk with pudding mix until it starts to get a little firm. Fold in the cool whip and dump into crust.

Very good, light and almost sugar free.
