I doubt that DCL would use a passenger loaded ship to stop at a port that no one can get off at.I was reading where RCCL is dispatching Adventure and Majesty to St Thomas and St Martin on a humanitarian relief mission. Maybe the Eastern trips can drop off supplies and funds in lieu of swapping ports? I'm game.
You should contact DCL directly with your ideas. We could stop and drop off supplies.... Disney Market Cap is a bit more than RCCL maybe just a bit ? Ok that sounds anti Disney,,, It is not. Im game to help. Which my wife and I did for Texas, and will do same for them. Im sure Disney will to, however I'm totally game to go there and skip fun to assist. Any questions?
Many of the areas that are dealing with the aftereffects of Irma are the Territories of wealthy countries. Antigua and Barbuda are not. Info on the local Red Cross society is here - http://abredcross.org/disaster/

From my friend in St. John- if you want to help. 100% of proceeds goes to victims of the storm
