Eastern 7-night Palo Dining Question???

Hello all -

My DH and I are going on our second cruise this October. We didn't get a chance to try Palo's on our first cruise and we really want to this time around.

We'd like to reserve a dinner seating to celebrate our anniversary. I'd like to be in there during sunset, but I'm not sure how to find out what time it would set during our cruise dates.

We're sailing October 18 - 25th. If anyone has sailed around this time before and remembers approximately when the sun sets or can tell me how I could find out, I would really appreciate it.
