Easter events at the Universal hotels / City Walk?

My parents and I will be staying at Universal over the Easter weekend. I was looking online to see if any of the restaurants or hotels had Easter brunches or events, but everything I could find was pre-Covid. Does anyone know if there are any nice Easter brunches available near Universal? We'll have a car and could technically go somewhere else, but would prefer not to.

Island dining room at RPR has a brunch for Easter 10 AM - 4 PM. (it's $70 + tax and gratuity per adult!)

The Hard Rock also has a nice buffet. The restaurant has a super cool name..”The Kitchen” and Open Table is good source to make reservations but they might have a new policy about cancel fee . Seems like I had a reservation for Disney Springs Raglan Road for St Pats and I would have been charged a NoShow if I had not cancelled.

That seems to be Raglan Road specific policy. I had the same thing pop up there for May, but I also used Open Table for the Boathouse and City Works at DS with no CC hold/cancel fee.

The Kitchen refurb begins April 18th.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served in the Velvet Bar, Lower lobby and Avalon Ballroom, that might be why it’s not showing up.

Well, Mom chose the Island Dining Room at RPR "because it has sushi." Thank you all for the advice!
