If you have an idea about how long the displays last, please mention it. Friends who live in FL can’t get away until next Saturday, April 11th. Do you know if they are usually on display for a week after Easter?

Thanks,
Bobbi

The difficulty I am having is that though I have been at Easter a number of times, I cannot determine what this "covid" year will be like. For example, it appears that some of the usually best Easter displays -- the Easter Egg disspalys which are essentially large egg-shaped art at GF, and now also to a smaller degree at some other resorts, including BW, will be taken down this year the day after Easter, sooner than prior non-covid years. Other than that, the Easter themed displays they have at the resorts and the parks really do not amount to much (Easter is not treated anywhere near the same as Christmas) and those would typically disappear by the Friday or Saturday of Easter week in the past. In any event, your friends should not expect any Easter displays to still be there any later than April 11 and could be gone earlier.

Thank you.
My friend’s friend called the resort and learned they will be gone as you say, right after Easter.
I hadn’t thought about the Covid factor...having to stay at a distance from other people as having any bearing on it, but you are right to bring it up.
In spite of raised points, I think we will go before Easter next year. I have only seen the displays once,

We are here now I’d love to see some Easter displays where are they besides BW? I was in the grand Floridian and did not see a display. They just have a board listing an Easter scavenger hunt tomorrow.

I stayed at the Grand Floridian a couple of weeks ago and there were decorative Easter Eggs and other decorative chocolate displays all around the perimeter of the lobby, 1st and 2nd floor. By "decorative Easter Egg", I mean a 2 foot high Easter Egg decorated with impressionist art, for example. There was a chocolate cheetah sculpture, etc.

WDW Easter resort decorations are mostly the decorative eggs and other chocolate decorations. They're not as in your face as the Christmas decorations, but they are very special and memorable.

I must have missed them we were too busy watching the pianist I think😊. I will look more closely tomorrow when we are planning to resort hop a bit for dining reservations.

Had some at beach club when we stayed there a couple years ago, not sure if they still will with beach only being partially open right now.
