Easter basket help

We will be in WDW for Easter for the first time.
Even though my girls are 15 & 13 I still do baskets every year.
My problem is, I dont know how to get them there.
We are flying and I dont think it would be practicle to try and pack them.
Is there anywhere that I could maybe order baskets and have them delivered?

Has anyone come across this?
Any suggestions?

I'd like to know too, we'll be there the same time and I don't want to pack and chance breaking our handmade baskets that my Mamaw made my girls!

I am using memoriesbysarah.com and she couldn't be any more helpful. So quick to respond and she has great ideas! She is getting some disney dollars for my older 2- along with some other stuff. She will customize a basket to whatever you want in it. You just give her a price point and she can work with you. The pictures on the website are just a small sample of what she can get- basically everything in disneyworld.

Another place people order from is Disneyflorist.com- more of an FTD place but they do have some "baskets"- but I liked Sarah's better.

We are away every year for Easter and sometimes it is practical to take our baskets ans sometimes not. One year we went to Hatteras and we took buckets that fit inside each other. This year we will be in Tampa on Easter Sunday before moving to Disney for the rest of the week. I am going to order material baskets that I can squish down in my suitcase.

There are also places I am sure you can order premade baskets from. Try the Disney Florist.

How about those Easter themed gift bags. You can pack them and al lyour stuf and a basket won't get ruined along the way then.

We were at Disney a couple of Easters ago and they had a service at the shops at our resort (Fort Wilderness) where you could pick out your basket and goodies and they would have your basket made up and ready for pick up. You could call your resort guest services and see if they'll offer that.

My dd's are 10 and 12 and we always do some fun spring toys in the baskets so they are pretty large. Things like jumpropes, sidewalk chalk, frisbee's etc. There is no way I am carting that to FL

I am going to make the baskets before we go and leave them here. At Diseny I am going to use an easter themed gift bag with some Disney stuff from the resort, candy, a pin or two etc and a note from the EB. Its going ot say somethong like "Hope your having fun in Florida, I left your real baskets at home"

My DH gets home before we do so he will display them for my dd's to find.

I am using a princess bucket that I found for $4.00 at walmart. They are really kind of nice. It is a metal bucket and it has all the princesses on it. We will be there for Easter also. So I have been collecting thing for the bucket.

We are going to be at WDW for Easter Sunday too. I've called WDW and talked to a few people. Goofy's at DTD will have chocolate bunnies and cadbury eggs and other things. SO....we are going to make the baskets ourselves while we are down there.

Our trip is April 2-10 so we will have plenty of time to gather things for the kids. We also bought cheap plastic eggs from walmart and had the kids decorate them with Disney themed stickers and are packing those in the suitcase.

We were in WDW last easter and stayed at all star music.They have the baskets there and you can have them make one for you or just buy a basket from them and make your own.The only thing that I took from home was plastic eggs that I put disney dollers in and hid them on the grass in front of our hotel right before the kids got up and they had a blast looking for them!!Good luck
