We will be in disney from 26th March - 1st April what sort of crowds can we expect?

Hi, we'll be there at about the same time and, if you believe some of the travel guides, they say that the Fri-Sun (3/26-3/28) crowds will be close to 10 on a scale of 10, but that the crowds die down by Tuesday (3/30) to very little (3 on a scale of 1-10).

Plan for the mobs, and that way you won't shocked. That's our motto. :earsgirl: :earsboy: :earsgirl: :earsboy:

I'm going to be there at that time also. We are going to go to Epcot on Easter day, hopefully that park won't be too bad.

easter week is always crowded, but the parks have extended hours. Be prepared to stand in lines but if you follow many of the stratagies suggested on this board and in planners you should find the week quite enjoyable. Try to have some sort of a gameplan when you start each day.

We have gone to EPCOT the last few years on Easter Sunday & don't find it too crowded.

As far as the week - it will be crowded, but as someone else said, it's doable. Just try to have a plan. Decide with the rest of your group how long you will wait for a ride/attraction & stick to that plan.

Utilize FASTPASS efficiently. This can really work to your advantage during crowded times.

Enjoy yourself & take breaks during the day - it's a must when the parks are crowded.

We spent the week prior to Easter last year at BWV and would never never never never do it again- and we are "seasoned" WDW guests! Most fastpasses were sold out at each park before 10:30 am every day. Lines were hours long. We gave up after a few days and stayed by the pool! Huge waste of park pass $$$$$!!!

We will be there the week before and after Easter. Guess we'll be "wasting" our money - we realize it will be crowded, but we're going to try and make the best of it. Like many others, this time works for us because it coincides with my DD's Easter break. I like the constructive comments that some of the people have made here - manage expectations, use FastPass as long as it is available, have a plan. Get yourself a copy of the Unofficial Guide and read it cover to cover! If you walk into the WDW parks not knowing what you're doing, the crowds will be completely overwhelming.
