Easiest Way to obtain ADR's?

So, I booked my ADR's at the 6 month mark. I booked a few using the online reservation system, and then the rest I had to call. Unfortunately, I have no idea as to what I booked/when for the ones I called. What is the best way to retrieve the information? Do I have to call the Dining Reservation line to get it or is there a way to retrieve online eventhough they were booked over the phone? Thanks.

I had to call to get mine. Tried looking them up and could only retrieve ones I had booked online (which I didn't need the numbers for as I already had the confirmation emails.) I just called the dining line (407-WDW-DINE) and they were very helpful.

In the future if you use the online, they are all saved for you in your account. Makes it really easy to keep up with them and print them off.

Thanks for your help! I had hoped to be able to book all online. However, the places I was trying to book, it would tell me that there was no availability. However, when I called, I was able to get the ADR's without an issue! I am going to call tomorrow, so that they can pull the information up for me! Thank you again.

I did the opposite. I called and made my ADRs. (Then called and rescheduled a few times - Post ADR Anxiety). Then, I went to online system and typed in all my confirmation #s and printed the list. Good thing, because I had mistakenly left a cancelled confirmation #, which would have showed a cancelled reservation.

I did the same thing as the OP. Called and booked ADR's but when I wrote them down, I neglected to write the confirmation numbers. I just wrote down the restaurant name & the time. I figured the confirmation number might be needed, so I called the dining line, and they very nicely looked them up for me. I'm sure the OP can do the same.

If you're already at WDW, you can stop at the resort's concierge desk, and they'll print a list of all your reservations. So long as you gave your resort reservation number or the same phone number you used for the resort reservation, the concierge's list should show all dining reservations, online as well as phoned in.

Otherwise, give them a call. On several occassions, I've asked the reservations line to read me the details of all my dining reservations, and they've done it without a problem.
