Is bus the easiest way to get to the Polynesian from HS? We will be parking at Beach Club for the day. I would like to tour HS in the morning and then east dinner at the Polynesian that evening. We also have an Illuminations cruise planned that evening leaving from Beach Club, so it is going to be A LOT of transporation. Too much???? Probably!!

We need to get from BC to HS-boat or walk??
then HS to Polynesian-bus or get to Epcot and monorail??
Polynesian back to Beach Club for Illuminations cruise

after the cruise we will have a vehicle parked at BC and be able to drive back to our resort

Can anyone provide me details on parking at BC and how far the marina and boat docks will be from where we park? I have stayed at Wilderness Villas in the past and the parking is not very far from the actual resort. Thanks!!

There may be an easier way to do this but if it were me, I would drive to HS, then drive to the Poly, then drive to BC. If you are staying on site you can park for free. Driving yourself is much faster than relying on Disney transportation and driving around Disney is really easy.

You also cant park at BC and visit the parks. You can only park at a resort for 3 hours for a meal or activity unless you are staying there.

Hiya!

First off...I'm not sure you can park at the BC if you aren't staying there...unless somehow they are allowing you to because of your cruise? :confused3

In any event....BC parking is very close to the resort.

You can either walk or take a boat to HS from there. It's sort of a toss up....the boat makes stops, so sometimes by walking you can beat the boat. It's a 15 minute walk or so, depending.....

From HS to Poly I'd recommend a bus. To take the monorail, you'd have to either boat or walk to Epcot, go through the back enterance (international gateway) and then walk all the way through Epcot to the front enterance. You'd also need to have a Park hopper.

Poly back to BC....I'd take a cab. Or you can take a bus to Epcot or DHS (or the monorail to Epcot) and then walk/boat to BC. If you go to Epcot, again, you'll have to walk through the park.

The marina/boats are in front of the YC.

Last time we parked at Beach Club for the clambake dinner, we were asked to show our ADR confirmation number before they would let us in. This was in early November, so not a very busy season. They can be pretty strict there.

That said, if you wish to pay for valet parking, you are welcome to park there all day. The boat marina is not too far from the parking lot. After you're done at HS, just take the Poly resort bus. When you're done at the Poly, you could go over to the MK and take the Yacht/ Beach Club bus. It's not very complicated or time-consuming.

Unless there is a reason I am missing here for you having to park at the BC all day, I would highly recommend you driving to DHS, then to the Poly, then over to BC for your cruise.

If you must park first thing in the morning then to get to DHS you will want to take the bus from BC to DHS

From DHS to the Poly take the bus.

From the Poly to BC - you should take the monorail or boat back over to the MK and take a bus from there to the BC.

DO NOT take a monorail to Epcot and then walk through Epcot - that is entirely too much of a walk for what you are doing. And there are no buses from the front of Epcot to the BC.

Hope that helps.

Ummmm....last time I was there, there was no bus from BC to DHS. Boat or walk.

Correct.

No buses between Epcot and Epcot area resorts (Beach Club, etc.)
No buses between DHS and Epcot area resorts (Beach Club, etc.)

A look at the area between Epcot and DHS.

Yup.

This is correct. You can not leave your car at the BC all day if you are not a guest there.

And as I believe someone else mentioned, if you have your own car, the best way to get around is by using that car instead relying on the Disney transportation. If you're staying at another WDW resort, parking is free for you at any of the parks, so it would be easier to do that.

yes of course you are correct -- I was at the Poly in my brain...sorry.

So walk or boat to DHS from Beach Club (but I think I would still take the car to begin with)

You can't park at resorts unless you're a guest. There are parking attendants.
