Easiest pick-up/drop-off car rental at MCO please!

I am looking for comments on the easiest car rental company at MCO. I want to get in and out of there as quickly as I can. I don't want to take a shuttle anywhere, or walk a mile to the garage. What's the best?? I am flying Southwest. I know I can get a DC discount with National or Alamo. I don't have a "membership" to any car rental agency. Thanks!

Do National's QuickRent and you walk to the garage - very close - pick your car from the category you reserved and you drive out. No counter with QuickRent, but then you can't apply discounts either.

There are several places you can get the Emerald Club membership free - check mousesavers.com - and then you can reserve with National, be able to use discounts and skip the counter.

We used Dollar rent a car in December, you can join their FastLane program for free on their website.
Pick up was very fast, I had all the paper work, etc, before my son got the luggage.
Returning the car was great, everything was well marked, we did not wait long at all.

I also swear by Dollar and Fastlane. I was in and out in 10 minutes last September. Drop off is a breeze!

We just used National Emerald Reserve for the first time and thought it was great. As we walked through the airport to the National Garage we saw lines of what looked like a 100 people waiting in front of other company's counters. We walked right into the garage got our car and were gone. It all took about 15 min. We also got our membership on mousesavers.com .

I am in and out of the Hertz offsite lot in 10 mins or less. I have been to MCO 7 times in the last year and never took more than that.

Southwest also offers Hertz discounts. I used one of their rates several times last year and I didn't fly Southwest.

We had no problem with Budget... DH waited for the luggage while I went downstairs to get the reservation. There was no wait. We were in the airport for a total of 15 minutes (from the time we got off the plane)!!!!
