Thanks again all. I think the funniest thing about this is her concern about dragging three months worth of clothes to Orlando. Seriously kid? You should be packing about 10 days worth of stuff.
She has until May to decide. I like the plan of flying out of Gatwick. My dh has also suggested she just ship a bag home, instead of taking it to WDW with her. We shall see.

I admit, I'm a bit of a heavy packer, and I too would worry about dragging three months worth of school books/computers/notebooks/coats/boots/heavy sweaters to, of all places, Florida. For that matter, I'm not sure I'd bring anything to London for a Sept-Dec semester that would be suitable to wear in Florida. I like the idea of shipping everything back except a small carry-on. And you could bring any Disney clothes she needs.

She won't have a lot of text books....most of their classes will be on-site at theaters and such. Very little true classroom stuff...thank heaven. And I doubt she'll need to be taking a lot of cold weather clothing with her to London....just one heavyish coat and a few sweaters. Hopefully anyway. She packs as if she is going to a third world country with no way to buy anything she needs!!!
