Early transportation to MK

We are going on 4 May to the Keys to the Kingdom tour at 8:30. We have to be there at 8:15 but I'm wondering which is the best way to go. I love to take the boat because it's so convenient but I'm not sure if it's running that early. I was told the boat only runs 1/2 prior to park opening???? I know that the breakfast at the Castle starts at 8:00 so how do people get there from FW.


Any ideas???

I would really like to know the answer to this question also. We also have an early morning PS and were wanting to take the boat to the MK.

In my experience the info you heard about the boat is true (one half hour before park opening).

We had an early Cinderella's Royal Table Priority Seating back in 2002 and were told the busses start running at 7 AM and are the best option. We were nervous though and had a car so we drove. We did notice the internal busses DID start at 7, but never really saw when the first external bus left for the Magic Kingdom.
