Early transport to DCL from AKL

We would like to leave AKL early (no later than 8 am) to get to DCL. DH does not want to drive, so we don't want to rent a car. Does anyone know of a limo / towncar service that will pick us up early?

It's not a good idea to be at the port any earlier than 11 am. They won't let you on the ship until at least 11...and before that, you'll be standing around with your luggage with nowhere to go. I wouldn't leave the hotel until around 9:45 at the ABSOLUTE earliest.

The Disney cruise terminal will open before 11:00 a.m. on most departure days and you will be able to leave your bags with the porters before that. Boarding generally will begin closer to 12:00 or 12:30 p.m., but you do need to check in before you board. There is plenty more to do in the terminal too, including kids club check in, characters, etc.

I agree that 8:00 a.m. may be a bit early for a pick up, but that's up to the OP if they want to get there as early as possible. Basically any car service will collect you whenever you want if they have a car available, but some may give you some push back regarding an early pick up for a cruise. Part of the issue is that many of their cars may be tied up taking people from the cruise to wherever and they don't have a car and driver available until those first runs are completed.

There's really no need to get to the terminal that early. There isn't a lot of seating places and after you've wandered around the terminal for 20 minutes you've seen/done it all.

Do yourself a favor and relax at AKL in the morning. There is so much more to see/do there.
