well I have a couple of errands to run this morning before it gets too bad. Tomarrow is Pixies surgery to get spayed. I know she is going to be ok, but I still worry about her.

morning Marsha,

I just dropped Pixie off for her surgery. Now I wait to get a call around noon to say she is ok and then pick her up around 4 this afternoon. I felt so sorry for her because she was so scared, but before I left they gave her a shot to calm her some but she did need to be muzzled because she would of bit them.


well hope your doing better now, I am going to work on my scrapbooking today while I wait for the phone call.

Good morning Marsha,

well Pixie got everyone up at 4: 00 a.m. Now after her pain medicine she is back to snoozing while the rest of us have to stay up for the day.
It is going to be a long day today, actually for 2 or 3 days until she recovers more. Pixie is doing well, but of course she is very sore and not wanting to eat much yet so it is hard to give her, the meds for pain.

good to hear form you. I know your going through a lot right now so dont worry about trying to post until you are up to it. I understand and I iwll just keep writing to keep us bumped up each day.

I will be gone from the 30th of this month until sept 5th. going to Oregon to visit family for a few days. so if you could bump us a couple times during that week would be great. I wont have access to a computer while I am gone.

I sure hope we get the rain like they are predicitng, we sure need it

I hope to finish up a memory book I am scrapbooking today. I have been working on it since last April, but I wanted to take it to Oregon so I had to kick into high gear to get it done before next week because i leave one week from today.

Good morning Marsha,

well any plans for the holiday weekend?? I thought you might be about due to visit with Mickey for a day although it will be crowded. Epcot is usually ok for crowds, at least in the morning.
I will be in Oregon visiting family and friends until the 5th. luckily we leave Thursday before the big weekend rush and return the 5th, the day after the rush, so it should be a little easier for crowds in the airports.
Our layover is Denver which is almost the half way point. and only a 1 1/2 hour layover. which is good. just enough time to find the next gate, use the restroom and have a can of my food before time to board the next plane.

Total air time is about 7 1/2 hours so it will be a long day but much fast than driving or the train.

I dont know if your interested but there is a lunar eclipse tomarrow morning from 5 to 7 a.m should be a reddish brown moon. So if your up early tomarrow you may want to have a look.

we got 10 minutes worth of rain, that was all.

Hi Marsha,

well this morning I am off to buy some reflective strips to put on out luggage so we can spot them easier at the airport. Then I need to pack everything accept the toothbrushes. I'll do them tomarrow.

Plus tomarrow morning Pixie goes to the vet for a check up on her stitches before we get ready to leave. Our plane isnt until 2:50 p.m. so i do have plenty of time to get ready

Greg bought us a DVD player for the plane, so we can watch a movie to help pass the time. It is about 7 1/2 hours air time and 90 minute layover at Denver.

LONG DAY!!! But worth it to go and see family.

I will be back at least once more before we leave.

I hope you are taking care of yourself. I think about you everyday and hope you are feeling better.
