!!!! Early Roll Call for January 21 2006 Eastern Magic Cruise !!!!

Ok I'm really stupid - on the form for the Bahamas it ask how we are arriving - flight, some cruise line(not Disney), private ship or plane. How are we arriving? Also it wants to know the date arriving? I called Disney and they said for me to leave it blank and fill it in at the port but if possible I want it done before. So I just know that everyone on here knows how to do it but me! Help!!! And thanks!

On our first cruise I filled out everything but that section and asked when I got to the port. You would think that I would remember what it was but I don't, so once again I will have to ask at the port. :confused3

Morning! I'm packaging the bracelets up for mailing. The cost was $1 for each bracelet. We ordered 80 total so it was $8 shipping, thus the cost per bracelet is $1.10 plus shipping which should be minimal (like $.37-.74 for most of them - they are light). You can pay me by check, cash or paypal - whichever is easiest. And I do not mind if it is in person on the ship!

Hi,

I'm doing doc dance in the office.

Yeah - I can finally join in on the fun! My TA got our docs and split them (since my parents are in CA and will be flying into FL separately). So she sent them on by regular mail. Ugh - no wonder they took so long!

But now I feel like we're really getting close!

I've got to go out and get a few last minute things - the key holder, over the door hanger, etc. I got the ginger pills - hoping we won't need them but on our last cruise 1/98, DH really felt El Nino! The ship actually ran out of dramamine....

Two weeks from today it will be us waiting to board the Magic! Check out the link below. The ships looks so beautiful in the warm sunshine.

Good morning. Yes, she does look beautiful in the sunshine (something we here in Wisc. have not seen in almost three weeks) but it is not warm at the port. Just checked Two Palms and it was 45, only 15 degrees warmer than here.

Hopefully it will be warmer in two weeks.

Can you believe that we here in NY actually have sunshine toady? It's not warm but there is sun YAY!!!! I have friends that are sailing out on the Magic today and I hope they are warm........

The sun is shining in eastern Iowa, too, and almost 40 degrees. Whew...actually feels balmy! Hmmm...wonder if anyone would think of me as strange if I put shorts on.

We have sun here in VA too - but in the low 30s and windy. We're braving the cold so DD and I can go out and sell Girl Scout cookies!

I checked the 10 day forecast for Cape Canaveral. It's definitely better than it is today! Says mid 70s next week and then down to high 60s the week after. Hey -better than here!

We have sun here in Minneapolis Brett. This is the first time we have seen the sun in a while. I hope its coming your way! :sunny:

The port temps look pretty cool on 1/20 and 1/21. Actually, that has been pretty standard for us. I don't think we have ever hit a warm streak in Orlando when we went at this time of year. The way we look at it, even if its 40 in MN, it is nice to be somewhere 30 degrees warmer.

Anyway. . . . that is why we are steaming south for two days to St. Maarten, right? We will get a taste of some real warmth! :sunny: :sunny:

West Michigan update...STILL NO SUN!!! this is day 15 without sun, the weather man said we've set a new record :sad1: !!! temps remain the the low 30's
On a brighter note I got the kids to try on some shorts, and the suitcases are slowly filling. Also got my pretrip pedicure this morning

It's sunny and in the low 50's here with 60 tomorrow and 70 on Monday! Did anybody know how to feel out the Bahamas form?

We filled out the Bahama's form with the date 1/27/06 we arrive at Castaway Cay on the Magic from port Canveral.

Craig

I completed ours with that date as well.

Hopefully everyone who ordered them has received their bracelets by now (Except Jeff - sorry! they are coming... and crazy4M - I'll have them for you on the ship).

I had an e-mail from someone asking about them (had read our posts) so I referred her to where we ordered them from. Apparently the sale they had going when we ordered was really great as they are now almost double the price! They quoted her $164 for 80 (we paid $88). Shame - they are such fun souvenirs. :( Good for us though! :)

I thought I would be the first to get this party started today. Rise and shine, everyone!!! I am going to get down to business and start gathering our cruise clothing...after working out of course.
