!!!! Early Roll Call for January 21 2006 Eastern Magic Cruise !!!!

What is the number we call? I know I got a letter about it, but cannot find it.

Well, I found it on the Disneycruise website:

Who can I phone for assistance in making cruise plans?

For assistance with reserving shore excursions, Palo dining reservations, spa treatments and nursery reservations, as well as registering for youth activities, please call (877) 566-0968

DH poked me on the shoulder and told me its time to get up. He didn't laugh at me at all for getting up to do this.

I got Palo for 6:00 Wednesday. Missed out on a shore excursion I wanted though.

Yay! Got everything I wanted. Palo and my spa treatment for my b-day and brunch on Thursday. Now off to sleep finally. Hope everyone else had good luck too. pirate:

Are my fellow 1st time cruisers awake this morning? Did you have trouble going back to sleep? I certainly did, but very happy with my ressies and getting very excited!!!

Awake but really groggy :) All worth it though!!! See you guys in a couple months pirate:

I did get what I want but not at the times I wanted.
Oh well, I guess I can always try to change it onboard.

I was up late doing some work and just couldn't make it to 3am (or get back up for it). So I booked at 6am EST.

Got Palo for Wed nite at 6:30. Does anyone know if this is early enough to enjoy some of the sunset? Only brunch left was Thurs at 10:30am. I would have preferred to spread out my Palo ressies, but I'll take it.

Had a hard time deciding on excursions. Really wanted to see St. John, but the Doubloon trip sounded like a little more fun for the kids (5 & 7) and I hope the snorkeling is good.

Decided to just do St. Marteen on our own. Sounds like the beach at GBB will be easy to get to and lots of fun for the kids.

I'm sleepy.....

There weren't many times available at all you're right. Glad you at least got what you wanted :)

cruisin4fun......I believe that sunset for that day (Wed) is around 6:10PM.

PERFECT!! Our Palo ressies are for Wednesday at 6:00 and we can see the sunset.

I was on at 3am but was not able to get the Palo or spa times I wanted. Did get the right days just not times but I guess something is better than nothing. Now I can't wait to do the document dance.woohoo :cheer2:

Got Palo for 6pm on Tuesday. We wanted to get the earliest possible time since our 3 and 5 YO will be in Oceaneer's club and we didn't want to be getting them at 9 or 10 pm.

I wanted to get Monday or Thursday, but both days were gone completely. I could have gotten 7pm for Sunday, but being our first cruise, and having the two kids, I didn't want to plan for a dinner without them so early in the trip.

Can't wait!!!

I must say I was a little disappointed in the reservation system. I have 2 rooms and two reservation #'s and even though they are together, I had to make excursion reservations under each one. I made them for one room but by the time I got to the other group, the time I made for the first group was gone.
Is this a new system? Maybe it's better than the old fashioned way of standing in line but I think they have some bugs to work out of it.
Was anyone else frustrated with it?
I'm sure the people who tries to make reservations later in morning at a decent hour are not very happy!
:cool1:  :umbrella: :bounce:

Sandie, I agree. At that time of night, I was not thinking straight and took me a few minutes to catch on. I wanted the St. Johns tour, but was all gone by the time I got to it. I primarily reserved what I wanted, but agree that there is a flaw in the system and I ALWAYS find the positive in everything. It'll be okay, Sandie, perhaps there will be cancellations between now and then, plus perhaps there will be excursions left over when you board the ship.
