early ps transportation

we are staying at the AKL and have a 8am ps for the crystal palace - what time should we leave the hotel and will the busses be running then? we won't have a rental car and are relying on disney transportation - so if the busses aren't running - how can we get there?

When we had early PSs in December, we were told to let the front desk know at check-in so they would know how much early transportation was needed. I don't know if that's still the case, but they were running early buses to MK for the early PSs.

We stayed at POR in Feb. we let the front desk know(we had 8:40 ressies at AK)and they told us what time to be at the bus stop(7:30)There was a bus just for character breakfasts.The CM directing people to the buses helped us out once we arrived(The bus came by 7:30,so it was good that we checked it out before or we would have missed the bus)It looked like they had different buses going to different parks.I know I have read some buses stop at more than one park but we did not encounter this.
