Early potty training and issues with #2

Lol, gee, they do offer some fun classes at the community college.

You all are training your kids like dogs. Thus it was an apt example. "Here, Ella, you can have a treat if you pee in the potty!" then mommy can win a prize in the mommy wars. Mommy has to live through the child. It is easier than achieving something themselves! My kids chose to toilet like the older people in their lives. Just like talking and walking. Maybe you could check the catalog for some anthropology courses!

Ok really? Someone must be having a bad day or just wants to stir the pot. Either way Ginny I've seen many nasty comments by you but this one though tops the list of poor taste. Maybe instead of being jealous of other mothers and trying to start a "mommy war" you could say hey that is great for you never thought of doing that, glad it worked for your child. Instead you're coming off as a bit judgmental and honestly, rude.

Wow...I went from page 1 about potty training and hit page 6 about homeschooling. Yikes.

I just wanted to say that my DD is 2 1/2 and we have had a horrible time potty training. I am home with her all day, but I run a daycare, so she is used to older children using the potty. She rarely tells us if she needs to go, but will usually do #1 if I set her on the potty. #2 never happens. She always tells me after she goes, so I don't think she recognizes the urge yet. I'm hoping before our trip in October that we will be done, but it's not looking good.
