Early Park Admission April

We have preferred passes and are coming in early April. When will Universal update its EPA hours on the website? Does IOA always have the extra hour? Will April 4-10 be blocked out? There's no way I'm paying the price for express passes that week, so I definitely need to be lined up for early admission. I'm not a Universal pro so any help would be appreciated.

Hours are posted on the App. Sometimes they update one and not the other right away. According to the App, Both UO and IOA are open from 8:00 - 10:00 and say both have early admission starting at 7:00

They are posted. I just looked on the app and the hours are posted. April 10th both have EA at 7am.
Hours are posted until April 19.

they update park hours without warning, so you just have to be watching. Early admission is for resort guests only, and it switches between the parks without any real rhyme or reason. It always seemed to me that USO had the early hours when i am there, though it was IOA a couple weekends ago when i went. Preferred passes should not have blockout dates for the 2 theme parks. It is recommended that you get to the entrance 45 minutes early at least. plus, when they first start lining people up, they don't use all the gates, and they start new lines at gates as the others get full so it's teh luck of hte draw as to getting to the front of some of the lines to get in. They usually open the gates 15 minutes before the official opening time too.

Preferred Passholders do get Early admission but it has limited dates. Check the following page (it only lists for March at the moment). Have a look at the following page

This is what it says for Preferred.

"Preferred Passholders do not have Early Park Admission access on the following dates: Jul. 6 – 31, Nov. 26-27, and Dec. 18-31, 2021."

It is just that they don't have EA posted there for anyone past March.
