Early November Hours?

I'm hoping that someone might have an idea of what the Nov. 2-8 hours will be. Are there extended hoursfor Epcot's food and Wine Festival? And are the parades/ fireworks running at this time of the year? The 90-day dining mark will be here in a few weeks, and any info. could really help!
