Early Morning Magic Question

Are there really only 3 attractions open, or are they just naming the 3 most popular? I just don't think I would get a kick from multiple trips on Winnie the Pooh, Peter Pan and 7DMT. But that's just me.

Those three, and the breakfast.

I thought Tomorrow Land was open during morning EMH.

OP is asking about Early Morning Magic (EMM), which is a ticketed event.

Extra Magic Hours (EMH) is separate and is available at no extra charge to Disney hotel guests. And, you are correct, Tomorrowland is open during EMH.

1. Agreed.
2. And, to keep things clear, so is all of Fantasyland.

Morning Extra Magic Hours at MK offers all of the Tomorrowland and Fantasyland attractions.

Does anyone know if Disney will run early buses from the resorts for this? I am thinking about purchasing for a day in August, but I'm staying on-site and the park doesn't open until 9 that week...

I do not know whether they beef up the early morning buses on days when Early Morning Magic us offered, but the buses do run early (starting at 6:30) every day - so that people can get to early breakfast reservations. These buses run a bit less frequently and may make more stops than once all parks are open, but you can get there early via bus.

They run buses at 6:30 all the time, which gets you to MK in plenty of time for the Early Morning Magic. We took one from WL on Saturday and got to MK even before security opened.

Oh, and there was a 4th ride open on Saturday. They had the carousel running too.

We aren't normally multiple ride fans but we did enjoy several back to back rides on 7DMT. We analyzed what area we preferred. It was actually rather enjoyable. We only did the others once. Then ate and took our time. Got finished in time to catch the new stage show and then headed back to the room to nap

It's actually about 6 they start but they are running about every 30 minutes until 7 when they go into their normal schedule. I find 6:20 or 6:50 a good time to be waiting at the stop to not miss the first buses. Also the land is quiet so you shoot over to where your headed really fast.

This is great to hear. We booked EMM in August and would love the 4th ride open (even though DD's are teens, they'd still love to ride an almost empty carousel in Fantasyland- very magical). We are really looking forward to this ticketed event:-)

I'm at the Grand Floridian right now and we have early morning magic hours in the morning. Does anybody know when the monorails start or the boats?

I called to customer service and was told the boats won't run in time, the monorail should be starting at 7 but if not the buses will run.

Just so you know, this thread is over a year old. But to answer your question, it looks like this week's Times Guide is showing 7AM Resort Monorail openings every day this week. That would be my vote for transportation, not the boat.

Here's a link to the Times Guide, you can also pick one up in the lobby: http://www.orlandoparksnews.com/p/weekly-walt-disney-world-times-guides.html

Thank you! I was able to catch the monorail early and got there before they let us in. The rides open were Seven Dwarfs, Whinny the Pooh, Peter Pan, the Carousel, and It's a small world. I don't think anybody knew small world was open. We had our own boat, we couldn't see anybody in front of us or behind us. On the way out it said good by to me and my husband on a sign. I never knew it did that. The breakfast food was excellent! I do recommend this extra, it's worth it if lines make you crazy. I was able to notice so many more things walking though the park because I didn't have to watch where I was going.
