Daisy Duck and Goofy meet near Spaceship Earth, Mickey, Minnie, and Pluto are in the Character Spot, Chip 'n Dale meet just outside of the Innoventions West breezeway.

No,unfortunately,no Character meets at Epcot during AM EMH(The Character Spot is open during PM EMH).
