Early Morning Magic hours at Epcot

Is the reason that Disney has not yet offered the Early Morning Magic hours at Epcot is because of the uncertainty of Frozen working or not?

I doubt it's lingering on frozen. I'd imagine, just like with Animal Kingdom, that it would be too difficult to get a fairly small area to have the event in. MK is easy with new fantasyland and HS isn't too bad. But with Epcot you'd have people wanting to pay to go ride Frozen, Soarin, and TT which are all very spread out. Then AK you have Dinosaur, Everest, and maybe Safari.

I haven't been to one of these EMM but I'm under the impression the event is all in one grouped area and they don't want people going throughout the whole park

Exactly that.

An EMM would almost undoubtedly not include Frozen Ever After. The most likely combination I can come up with is something involving Soarin', Living with the Land, and Character Spot, maybe toss in Nemo. I doubt the demand is there for that.
