We have not been to WDW since 2012 so we are new have not really had to deal with many of the new after/pre hours events. I will be there in August with my two boys (11 & 12) and in doing some planning research noticed that EMM was scheduled for Sunday August 20th which was one of our MK days. We are not interested in doing this but was wondering how that would affect crowds in FL at regular park opening. We have 2-3 days planned for MK so we can change up touring plans if needed, and our other full day there is not a EMM day.
I guess my real question is would it make more sense to tour Adventure land, Frontier Land and Liberty Square Sunday and save Fantasy Land for Thursday?
My beginning FL plan was to FP 7DMT and head right to PP at rope drop but if there is already a crowd in FL the line might already be long at PP.
Thank you in advance for the help.

Based on past EMM experiences, it won't have any appreciable effect.

I think the plan for most attending emm is to be done with fl by rope drop and head to other popular attractions.

Not to mention, there won't be enough guests attending to constitute a "crowd " anyway.
