early morning/late night munchies?

is ther anywhere to eat at 12-1am or around 4-5am.
some times after the parks we're hungry, and we are checking extra early to drive down to key west.
we will have our own car.

Gasparilla Grill, the CS at GF is open 24 hours, but the menu between 11:30pm and 6:30am is very limited. (Pizza, sandwiches, salads).

I want to the same goes for Captain Cook's at the Poly, but I'm not positive.

You could always buy stuff on the way out of parks or go to the resort CS place before you hit your room. That way when you get up, you have munchies in your room. Either simple like chips or muffins or stuff or even get pizza or whatever. UNLESS, you want a late night excursion

There used to be a place in the Dolphin that was 24hrs too though not been there for a while but not heard that it's changed.
