Just got busy this morning and didn't get a chance to post until now.

Got my butt out of bed this morning at 4:30 (and boy, it was REALLY hard) and walked 45 minutes on the treadmill. Worked up a good sweat and I was proud of myself when I was done.

Weighed in for the BL challenge this morning and lost 5.6 pounds since last week - that's 9 pounds since I started posting on WISH! One more pound and I get my 10 pound clippie. I am SO HAPPY!!!:goodvibes

I got up yesterday and today and walked about 2.5 miles each morning.
 
Nope I'm here!!! I was up on Monday early to work on the elliptical. Then the batteries went on it so yesterday I did leg work and laun:laundy: dry UP at 5:30 for 30 minutes on the elliptical. it's funny how fast I got the batteries this time!

Not feeling at all well and barely managed to make it in to work. Hoping for a better day tomorrow.

Kudos to you, BigMama, and everyone else who made it out of bed and into exercise this morning.

I am still not feeling great, so I didn't get in the exercise today, but hoping to feel back to normal tomorrow and planning to get in to work early to walk then. My second weigh-in for ediets is tomorrow, so I'm hoping for a good one.

I was up 1-2-3 this morning and exercised for 25 minutes on the good ole elliptical.

Yes, I feel better today, thanks for the good wishes. I was down 3.6 pounds today - that makes 9.6 altogether in two weeks. I was hoping to get my 10 pound clippie today, but hopefully I will get it next week!

I came in early this morning and walked 55 minutes on the treadmill. My back and knees are aching from that, but I took an Aleve and am hoping it will help. I am still glad I did the exercise - I know I need it if I am ever going to lose this weight.

it was a crazy week last week, and this week is no different. i did one early morning workout last week but that is all i got in. i was going to set my alarm for an early walk this morning, but i have 70 mins to do and getting up at 5:30 after getting home from the memorial yesterday, well i just didn't have it in me i guess. i let DH talk me into sleeping as i didn't have a true 'need' for the early workout, matter of fact i'm getting ready to head out the door soon. i have to work at the crack of dawn Wed/Thursday this week....so my goal is to get up early on Friday and then next week resume my twice a weeks. i need you all to get me back into that groove!! i'm so glad you are here! :wave:

Well..I've fallen into the Dark Side and need to get out of it!!! I'll be up at 5:30 tomorrow!!! (I hope)
 
oh my!! it's been 22 days since anyone posted here!!

it's been crazy around here as far as schedules, etc....i did take last week off after the Columbus 1/2 marathon as i was aching and hurting for a few days :teeth:

but today i got up and went to spinning at 6 a.m. -- it was great! i :love: being done so early!! are we still in this??

Due to a busy after school schedule for the kids, the only time i have to workout during the week is before the kids wake up. Gotta love Dance Dance Revolution! :dancer:
 
I woke up and did DDR this morning for 30 minutes. Felt good to be up and moving in the morning again.
 
I would love to join this thread! I do most if not all of my work outs in the early morning since I quit the gym several months ago.

This morning I was up at 5:15 and by 5:25 I did a 3 mile Walk Away the Pounds work out.
