Early Morning Exerciser group -- COMMIT here

HELLO JUST JUMPING IN HERE I DO 10 MILES ON MY BIKE EVERY MORNING AND HALF HOUR OF AEROBICS. I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER AND IT STARTS MY DAY FEELING ENERGIZED!!!!:banana:
 
Wow Big Mama!! Good for you!!! That's a lot of work!!

I was up early this morning to do 30 minutes on the elliptical. Very difficult after a 4 day weekend. I did exercise every day..just not early. I only do this on my work days.

I'm now going to make another commitment to you all because you're all soooo helpful! I'm giong to commit to not snacking after work when I get home. Only healthy snacks for me!

ok -- i had to get up early last week on SATURDAY b/c i flaked on friday! but i got my 2 days in. This week I plan on early mornings of Tues/Wed/Fri. ok that is three i know, i'm leaving some cushion into what i hope will be a transition to 3 early mornings from the 2 i'm more or less used to now

OhMom..yes it is becoming rountine! Finally. But I know those cold mornings are creeping up on my and I'll be in big trouble soon enough. DH said he was proud of me for gettting up early every work day. He knows how I am NOT a morning person at all!!

Obviously up this morning working on the legs.

up earlier than my usual early this morning at 5:40 and got a 60 min powerwalk done! i know what you mean about cold mornings and warm comfy beds!! we'll stick together!!
 
Hi! I got up at 4:30 this morning and came in on the early bus to walk 45 minutes on the treadmill!!! I am very proud of myself, considering it is the first day I have exercised in a long time and my back was KILLING me this morning! But I took Excedrin and did the walking anyway - YAY, ME!!!

I took a really hard fall Tuesday night, so I just tried to do some light toning exercises yesterday. Unfortunately, they caused me more pain so I had to stop. This morning, I am more sore than I was yesterday, so I opted to rest an extra hour this morning instead of coming in early to exercise. Hopefully by tomorrow, I will feel better and can hit it hard again in the early a.m. Hope everybody else is having a good week!

This morning was a tough one! After I finally made it out of bed I did a little pilates. Hopefully I'll make it to the elliptical tomorrow!

Feel better larry's girl! I fell roller blading last summer right on my tail bone. I was lucky I didn't get killed on the hill I was going down. i couldn't exercise for a loooong time. Take it easy and take it one day at a time!

tomorrow i'll be up at 6 a.m. and doing 40 mins of pilates before taking DD to school. :wave:
 
Well ohmom you were right. Just didn't seem so cold this morning. jump right out of bed and got onto the elliptical for 30 minutes.

does cleaning your house from 5-930 count as morning exercise? I'm sweating more now then when I ride my bike.:scared1: time to hit the showers!then off to the grocery store. I just love my fridays:rolleyes: I plan on working out tonight with my hubby.
 
Well, I wasn't quite as sore this morning, so I came in early and got in 30 minutes of walking on the treadmill.:cool1: Would have done more, but spent considerable time hunting for towels (turns out there weren't any and I had to dry off with washcloths, but that's another story). Was glad to at least get in that much exercise.

Had my first "official" weigh-in this morning, and I lost 6 pounds!!!:woohoo: I am super excited and, even though I know I won't lose 6 pounds every week (and probably shouldn't - that would be much too fast), I'm still glad to have that 6 pounds gone!

I am planning to walk some tomorrow (but it won't be super early), take Sunday off and then start anew on Monday. Here's hoping I won't fall anymore and can have a better exercise week next week.

Good morning! I got up at 4:30 this morning and got the first bus in to work out this morning. I spent 15 minutes lifting hand weights and doing toning exercises. Then my muscles felt pretty tired, so I decided to walk for 15 minutes and call myself done for today. Really happy I made it in early on a Monday. Hope everyone has a great day!:goodvibes
