Early morning bus travel

My son is taking 12 high school students to WDW in Oct on the YES program. They are staying at Pop Century and have to be at Epcot at 7:30 am, they do not have a car and will be using Disney transportation. We need some ideas on how to do this.

Buses from the resorts to the theme parks start running around 6:30 AM.

But they don't want to cut it too close becaue the buses don't run as often as during the middle of the day.

Buses start running at 6:30am. They run every 20-25 mins or so. So, he should be out at the Epcot bus stop by 6:30. If they miss that bus, the next one may not be there until 7ish. I assume they want to be at Epcot by about 7:15ish.

when you check in - ask at the front desk. sometimes disney uses a separate shuttle for this.
