Early Lunch or Late Dinner @ Le Cellier?

We're going in August and I have an early lunch booked one day and an early dinner booked on a different day. We're not doing DDP so dining credits are a non-issue. I'm also aware that dinner has been changed to Signature and have reviewed the menus. Obviously, lunch is cheaper, but the options are more limited. $'s not a huge issue, but I'm on the fence as to whether or not the new dinner options are worth the $$$.

Does anyone know the size of the filet offered at lunch? The dinner one is 8oz-but with the lunch price being nearly half- is it a 4oz filet at lunch? That seems super tiny.

Any thoughts or preferences?

From what I understand (and it may be wrong) the grade of meat served @ Lunch is different than what is served @ Dinner. Size wise I am not sure though ??? I'm sure someone else knows though!

The lunch filet is definitely smaller than the dinner one, and yes the meat is different.

I would go with dinner. My last lunch at Le Cellier was quite disgusting (I had the prime rib sandwich - yuck!), but I've had 3 dinners since the signature change and the food was excellent every time. Well worth the price increase IMO.
